The Abtus ABT7000 Max Cyclic Top Trolley records cyclic top geometry as an operator pushes it at walking speed. This gauge is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of Cyclic Top faults and track geometry. It features a Windows-based user interface, which makes it easy to manage and export data.
Track geometry data is transmitted from the measuring device via WiFi to a Windows device running the Cyclic Top Software. Using the software, you get a display of real-time track geometry data, including distance, cant, twist, and gauge. Additionally, operators can view the cyclic top analysis at the end of each measurement.
Once the measurement is complete, the data is saved in two formats: a .csv file containing distance, cant, twist, and gauge information, and a PDF with the detailed cyclic top analysis report. Furthermore, operators can easily transfer the PDF reports to other devices using a USB flash drive.
