The Patented Rapid Rail Cutting Saw is available in both Hydraulic and Pneumatic versions and comes complete with rail shoes to suit all commonly used rails in Australia including 22-68kg/m.
The saw must be coupled with a hydraulic power pack capable of delivering 30l/min at a constant 140bar minimum (preferably 160bar) pressure.
Rail cutting time is approximately 45 seconds with approximately 40 cuts on carbon rail and 20 cuts on head hardened rail.
Rail can be cut dry or with water as a lubricant / spark suppressor.
