Backed by our own workshop
Everything we sell is backed by our service team — so your equipment stays on track, not in the corner of the shed.
Servicing
OEM servicing and repairs in our Newcastle workshop or on your site — for equipment we build and for the brands we distribute. Hydraulic repairs and installations are handled in-house by our Melrose Mobile Hydraulics division.
Spare Parts
A full range of genuine spare parts and consumables, dispatched from Newcastle. Because we design and manufacture the equipment, we can identify, supply and machine parts other suppliers can't.
Training & Support
Operator training and information days on request, plus phone and field support from the people who build the machines. TOC waivers are available on applicable trolley models.
