On-site Fast Clipping

By a simple change of the jaws we can ready this clipping machine for both Steel Sleeper Clipping and Pandrol Fast Clip applications. Simple trigger action for fast clipping and release to reset ready for the next set of clips. Only 3 seconds cycle time means a very fast operation, able to be used for both production and lesser operations. Our jaws are fitted with replaceable wear pads. We are even able to clip and unclip Fast Clip uninsulated clips. One setting is able to clip on rail from as little as 60 Lb/yard to 60 kg/M track. Careful consideration of the design minimizes the total weight of the machine. Off-tracking is able to be readily done by the safety lifting eye or by the number of hand lifting points incorporated as standard.

Careful balancing ensures that the operator has a light weight to lift. Careful consideration to setting up and maintenance reduces the effort and time lost.

Our trolley comes standard with our easy glide wheels and light tool tray. Have you ever wondered where the operator carries his water in our hot dry rail track operations. Just use our the light tool tray (standard on our trolleys) to carry his water and tools.

Specifications:- Length 2400mm x 740mm wide x 1160mm (handle height). Weight without trolley 150 kg. And this is with the 7 HP Yanmar diesel engine!! Optional engines are 11 HP Honda.
